Dr Naziya Butt was a Gold medalist at Maharashtra University of Health Sciences in 2008 and has several national papers and presentations to her credit. She has been actively involved as a Consulting Endodontist for the past several years at several dental chains and clinics in Mumbai. She is a member of the Federation of Operative Dentistry and Indian Endodontic Society.

Dr Naziya Butt is responsible for long term care of the clinical team, medical practitioners, recruit and manage doctors, assistants and various non-medical personnel along with senior management officials. She examines and coordinates various practice activities to ensure best medical quality to the patients, keeping the federal and state regulations and codes in mind.

Dr Amina Kapadia is responsible for day-to-day operations of clinics. She coordinates the actions of all the departments and ensures they function as one. She is dynamic with her skills and knowledge, making her perfect in organising, directing, controlling and coordinating medical and health services in relation to policies set by the organization. She manages the company's budget, communicating with other medical and non-medical department. She is also responsible for recruitment and evaluation of assistants, administrators, nurses and doctors. She helps in the continuing education of new doctors and assistants.
